Do I really need a bookkeeper?

What software do you use?
We primarily work with QuickBooks Online and are certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors. QuickBooks Online is the industry standard for a reason, and it allows us to serve clients virtually, no matter where you’re located. It’s a powerful tool, and we know it inside and out. We also have extensive experience with QuickBooks Desktop, and we can handle importing data from other programs as needed. Our job is to make the software work for you, not the other way around.
What if my books are a mess?
This is our specialty! Cleaning up books and untangling messes is one of the things we do best. Whether you’re a few months behind or even a few years, we’ll get your books up-to-date. We’re detail-oriented, we love to organize, and we pride ourselves on making sure everything is coded and reconciled to the penny. We’ll communicate with you every step of the way, so you’ll always know what we’ve taken care of and what we have questions about.

While we understand the desire for a “one-stop shop,” we believe it’s beneficial to have a clear separation between your bookkeeping and your tax accountant. This gives you an added layer of peace of mind, knowing your accountant is double-checking our work and vice versa. We’re here to be the bridge between your business and your tax accountant. If you’re not sure what your tax accountant is asking for, we’ll help you get the right information so you can make the best decisions for your business. We’ll even let you know if we see any red flags. We’re your proactive partner, working with your tax accountant to make sure your business is on the right track.
